Getting Around Spotsylvania
By Car: I-95 runs through the eastern edge of the county with exits at Route 3 (Exit 130) and Massaponax (Exit 126). Route 3 is the main east-west corridor, connecting Fredericksburg to Lake Anna and beyond. Route 1 runs north-south through the eastern part of the county. Route 208 provides access to Louisa County and points west.
