Difficult economic environment did not affect their passion to realistically promote the house's strong points and deal with purchaser's agent(s) to get new people ratified in a timely manner. They had good suggestions to make a great house even more attractive to prospective buyers so much so I thought about keeping it after the work was done! They handled a lot of the issues right through closing and kept me informed of the progress.
